House Rules

Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules on gathering of more then 8 people are subject to legal action taken against them, if received reports that a guest is disrupting the surrounding community, we may request the guest to vacate the property and withhold their security deposit.

VISITORS

No extra visitors for any period of time exceeding what's on your reservation without the prior written approval.

NOISE ORDINANCE

Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM, please respect the neighbors by keeping the noise and music moderate.

PETS

No pets allowed.

SMOKING

Smoking is striktly prohibited in the entire property (inside and out). Any smoke odor in the house will have a minimum fine of $1000 withheld from the deposit.

OUTDOOR SHOWER

If you go to the beach, please rinse off all sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house. Sand will damage the plumbing if rinsed off inside the house.

DAMAGES

We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know as soon as they do. Chances are we can easily fix them which means better chances of having your full security deposit returned.

CHECK IN

Check-in time is at 3PM.

CHECK OUT

Check-out time is at 11AM.

HVAC

A/C or heating must be turned off if you are leaving for the day and at the end of your stay. Do not run the AC unit bellow 70 degrees. A/C and heating is located on the second level by the stairs.

To turn on the fireplace, simply flick the switch on the left side of the fireplace behind the curtains.

PLUMBING

It is essential that you flush only toilet paper in the toilet. No face wipes, baby wipes, or feminine products, even it's says they are "flushible".

FRIENDS

Please understand we must have an accurate guest count for insurance and liability purposes as well as to charge the correct rate. Any visitors to the property must be included in the total guest count, even if not staying overnight.

ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVEICTION AND FORFEITURE OF THE SECURITY DEPOSTI.

MISCELLANEOUS

Extra Towels + Sheets + Blankets: All can be found in the linen closet on the second floor.
Toilet Paper: Extras inside bathroom vanity.
Cleaning Supplies: For your use in the laundry room.
The vacuum is in the garage.
Laundry detergent: In the laundry room.
Iron and ironing board: In the laundry room.
First Aid Kit: In the kitchen cabinet.
Fire Extinguisher: In the kitchen cabinet.

Hello and welcome to The Nautical Haus. It gives me great pleasure to host your stay at our lovely home.

Our family has enjoyed making the best of memories here. It has been our home away from home and the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Our twin boys absolutely love to run and play on the beach and we especially enjoy our family time together on our rooftop deck. The possibilities are endless when it comes to ways to enjoy this gem of a home. This home is perfect for groups of all ages, adults and children.
